RETURNS / REFUNDS - If for any reason you are not happy with any of the products you have purchased from Flex-E-Sack LLC please return them within 30 days of receipt of goods for a refund of your purchase price.
Our Guarantee to all of our customers is that any of the products or services purchased from us will be exactly as stated on the product description and will be delivered free of any defects. This includes no tears or rips in the bags, all sewing lines to be tight and lift straps to be sewn tightly…where applicable the printing will be crisp and clean. Liners will be inserted according to the attachment method selected and so on.
